This machine is primarily designed for packaging solid materials such as granules and chunks (e.g., various grains, candies, and jellies) using paper-plastic composite materials. It produces "M-fold" (gusseted) bags and can be adapted for plastic bag packaging by simply replacing specific components.
The machine has already been put into mass use by domestic enterprises such as Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dahaoda Food Co., Ltd., and Shandong Shatu Food Co., Ltd.
1. Features PLC control, a color touchscreen HMI, and servo motor/pneumatic cylinder drives; includes photoelectric tracking and automatic edge correction;
2. Performs functions including roll material forming, date printing, "M-fold" bag making, filling, hole punching, and easy-tear notch cutting;
3. Gusset width is adjustable according to bag specifications;
4. Serrated cuts for plastic bags can be achieved by changing the cutting blade;
5. Different bag sizes can be accommodated by changing the forming assembly;
6. Parts in contact with packaging materials and the product itself are made of 304 stainless steel.
