The automated carton-opening production line performs functions such as carton separation, opening, basket feeding, filling, and vibration-based settling. It automatically removes the sealing tape from the carton, transfers the contents into a turnover bin or drum, and conveys the load via an automated logistics line to the required workstation.

The system employs PLC-based intelligent control, a color touchscreen HMI, servo motor and pneumatic cylinder drives, and photoelectric tracking technology.
