This solution is primarily designed for packaging various types of formulated pet food and animal feed—such as granular or chunk-style cat and dog food—allowing for flexible combinations (e.g., staple food mixed with premium kibble) and multi-ingredient blends.

Key Performance and Structural Features

1. High Efficiency with Minimal Staffing

The packaging workforce requirement is reduced from 8–10 people (based on a daily output of 5–6 tons) to just 2–3 people. This lowers labor costs while ensuring precise measurement and increased production efficiency.

2. Intelligent Control

The production line utilizes PLC intelligent control, a color touchscreen HMI, servo motor and pneumatic cylinder drives, and photoelectric tracking.

3. Convenient Format Switching

Accommodates various packaging bag sizes and specifications; bag dimensions can be adjusted through simple operations, allowing for quick and easy switching between different packaging formats.

4. Hygiene and Safety

All parts in contact with packaging materials and the product itself are constructed from 304 stainless steel. This material offers excellent corrosion, wear, and oxidation resistance, featuring a smooth surface that resists contamination and facilitates easy cleaning.
