This production line is designed for products such as dried fruits, nuts, and snacks, specifically those packaged in cylindrical cans. It automates the processes of weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, case packing, and carton sealing. Auxiliary equipment can be added to meet specific user requirements.
1. This production line is primarily designed for the weighing, filling, and sealing of products packaged in PET cans, paper cans, and other cylindrical containers.
2. The system consists of a multi-head combination weigher, Z-type bucket elevator, rotary positioning filling machine, automatic screw-capping/sealing machine (or automatic induction sealing machine), automatic press-capping machine, automatic labeling machine, conveyor lines, a case packing station, an automatic carton sealing machine, and an automatic case erector.
3. After the product is weighed and filled by the rotary positioning filling machine, the filled cans are transported to the automatic screw-capping/sealing machine (or induction sealing machine) for sealing. They then pass through the automatic press-capping machine (for plastic lids) and the automatic labeling machine. Finally, the conveyor transports them to the case packing station for manual packing, after which they enter the automatic carton sealing machine and are discharged via the logistics line. An automatic case erector can be included as an optional component.
4. Overall Canning Process: Z-type elevator → Multi-head combination weigher → Rotary positioning filling machine → Conveyor line → Automatic screw-capping/sealing machine (or induction sealing machine) → Automatic press-capping machine → Automatic labeling machine → Conveyor line → Case packing station → Automatic carton sealing machine → Finished product discharge.
